Standard Infusion Time

A standard infusion time is one forty five minutes to one hour.  A NAD infusion requires a slower infusion and can take 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

Travel & Parking Surcharges

Travel surcharges may apply when nurses have over an hour commute from their last appointment. This incurs a $50 fee 20kms outside of the CBD or 60 minutes spent driving by the nurse to fulfil the appointment.

Parking fees will be on charged to customer if there are no free alternative options provided

Bookings

All online bookings require the nurse to call, take a deposit, and confirm date and time.  Full payment is taken at the time of the infusion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees of 100% of booking fee will apply if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

No Shows

If the appointment is not attended, a no-show fee of 100% will apply. Card details supplied to confirm the booking will be charged.

Client Custom Ordered Stock

When clients order custom nutrients and need to reschedule an appointment for more than 7 days in the future, or they keep rescheduling a booking more than 7 days from the original booking date, the client will be charged a 100% fee to cover the ordered nutrients, which expire.

Refusal of Service

In the event that card details are not supplied to confirm a booking or cannot be accessed to charge a late cancellation fee/no-show fee, management reserves the right to refuse any further bookings or services to the individual. Drip IV Infusion reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time, especially with inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour to any Drip IV Infusion team member.

Consent Form

A client is to fill out and sign a consent form before commencement of services for each individual’s first appointment. If you haven’t received that, our nurse will provide this upon arrival to your appointment.

Disclosure of Medical Conditions or Allergies

Please make the team aware before your appointment if you have any medical conditions or allergies, as this could affect the appointment going ahead.

Alterations

All prices are subject to change without notice. We may alter these terms by posting a modified version on our website from time to time.

Potential Risks and Side Effects

Potential risks and side effects include discomfort, bruising, pain at the site of injection, inflammation of the vein used for injection, bleeding, fainting, severe reactions, and more. All nurses are trained to manage these risks and side effects.
